Trying to eat healthier- which includes limiting my intake of oil.  Here’s a healthier orange sesame no-oil dressing.  This is a no-oil dressing from Veronica Grace of  Low Fat Vegan Chef.

I think this is a riff on the Dr. Furhman Orange Sesame dressing, but made a little easier by using tahini instead of sesame seeds, toasted, and blended.

Orange Sesame No-Oil Dressing:

4 tbsp tahini (sesame seed butter)
2 tbsp orange vinegar (or other fruit vinegar)
8 dates, pitted and chopped
1/3-1/2 cup water (as needed for consistency)
Dash of salt

Mix in blender- (may need to double or triple for use in a full size blender.)
